1. The couple met in early 2015
They were introduced to one another by Linda’s good friend, fellow actress Eliza Sam, when Linda went back to her hometown in Vancouver, Canada. Jeremy Leung, a chiropractor who has his own practice in Canada, is 12 years Linda’s senior. He is also the nephew of former TVB chairman, Norman Leung.
2. The proposal
It didn’t take long for the pair to know they were made for one another. Jeremy popped the question that same year in autumn. According to Linda, the couple “share the same values and beliefs, and that Jeremy is mature, loving, pious and thoughtful.”
3. The wedding announcement
The usually-discreet actress made the announcement in Chinese on her Weibo page, revealing details of how they met, when he proposed, and thanked her friends, Eliza, Leanne Li, Christine Kuo, Grace Wong and Virginia Lok, for keeping the marriage a secret. She is said to be five months pregnant.
4. Linda’s dress
In the photo on her weibo account, the actress wore a flowing spaghetti-strap ivory wedding dress with a shimmery beaded overlay to her ceremony, which happened in late 2015.
5. Wedding banquet
Following the hush-hush ceremony, the couple will be holding a banquet on February 27, 2016, for family and relatives.
